Landing Pages Redesign
I overhauled the Nurses and Services landing page on our WordPress site, applying insights from research, marketing team and user interviews. I optimized the design for user behavior and navigated WordPress limitations creatively for responsiveness.
Homage Health App
As part of the product team, I contributed to the swift launch of the Homage Health app during the Covid-19 pandemic. This crucial app enhancement provided mobile medicine, teleconsultation, and medication delivery when it was most needed. My role involved mapping diverse user flows and rigorously testing all use cases, providing insights from both a designer's and user's perspective.
Automated Emails Redesign
I took ownership of revamping all automated emails for families and Care Professionals, learning HTML for crafting emails and mapping touchpoints to understand user flow. The aim was to establish a consistent brand identity, clear communication, and effective calls to action, all while optimizing for mobile viewing, considering the prevalent usage on mobile devices.
